Responsibilities of the Board
Strategic Leadership
Establish AHHA’s long-term vision, priorities, and strategic direction.
Governance & Oversight
Adopt policies, ensure accountability, and provide fiduciary oversight of the Association. Effective association boards focus on governance, strategy, and oversight rather than day-to-day operations.
Industry Representation
Represent the interests of AHHA members while promoting collaboration, professionalism, and responsible industry growth.
Stewardship
Safeguard AHHA’s mission, resources, and long-term sustainability for the benefit of the hydrogen health industry.
